Shipping

Studiohersby ships worldwide using professional, fully insured carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or communicated upon request. All shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

For deliveries outside the European Union, Danish VAT is deducted at checkout. Clients are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities. Studiohersby cannot estimate these charges and is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

 Risk of loss transfers to the client upon delivery.

Production Time

All Studiohersby pieces are handcrafted with care and precision. Estimated production time for made-to-order jewelry is approximately 6-8 weeks unless otherwise stated.

Returns & Final Sale 

Studiohersby operates with a deliberate and considered approach to production. Jewelry is created either on a made-to-order basis or purchased following a private, in-person viewing.

Jewelry produced specifically for a client after an order has been placed is not subject to the statutory right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Contracts Directive. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Clients may also choose to view selected pieces prior to purchase through scheduled studio appointments, private consultations, or curated pop-up events attended knowingly. Purchases completed following such in-person viewings are considered on-premises transactions. As the jewelry has been personally inspected, tried on, and approved at the time of purchase, these sales are regarded as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

This does not affect the client’s statutory rights in relation to defects under applicable Danish consumer law.
